Returning of the crackers under anytype needs an image and video proof to be sent to +91 8297326256 15 through whatsapp or email at info@shoppingfest.in
On all the categories of “returning”, you are required to send back the parcel to our address at your own cost to get refunded.
For the cancellation and/or returning of order, the refund will be credited in your account with 14 working days. After the diwali celebration is over.
We request you not to accept any parcel in a damaged condition. We are working hard to make our transportation system to deliver every order in a good condition.
All our packages are water & scratch proof
We are not responsible for any address mistake at your end. We try to deliver your parcel with two attempts, and if you are not reachable in both attempts, the parcel will be sent back to our go down and no refund will be processed.
